Step 1 - Your community manager sends you an invitation email
Follow the link in the email to open the Private Community page, where you will be asked to enter your email address. This is a security measure to ensure that only the actual owner of the email account is able to access the private community.

Step 2 – Choose your password
Once you complete step 1, you will receive a new email with a link. You should follow this link to confirm your email and set your password. This email will be similar to the example below:

Hi,

We are ready to verify your account.

Please click the link below to define your password and sign up to the Private

Community. 

If you can’t find the email in your inbox, remember to check the junk and spam folders.

Step 3 – Complete your profile

Your profile will now appear for you to complete. It may have pre-populated information, which was provided by your community manager. Make any edits you wish – it’s your profile!
Don’t worry if you don’t have time to do this right away, you can always edit your profile at any time in your personal settings.

Step 4 – Watch our welcome video
After completing your profile details, you will be shown our welcome video which gives you a brief tour of the private community and its features.

Step 5 – Edit your organizations
After watching the video, you will enter the private community. On the top right corner, you can see a bell sign with your notifications. If you have been referenced as owner or team member of an organization, you will have a notification to let you know. By clicking on it, the organization profile pops up for you to make any edits you wish. You can also do this later, by going to the organization settings.

Step 6 – Explore all the private community has to offer
You’re all set! Now you can read about the work and interests of your network peers, communicate directly with them, share knowledge or be part of discussions.
