At this stage, you have to insert the impact of your project. The easiest way is to describe the outputs and outcomes of the project:
- The outputs are the direct results of the projects' activities; outcomes are the observed results of the outputs. The outputs are usually quantitative: the number of products you have sold, the number of programs you have operated, the number of tools you have used, the number of people you have helped, etc.
- The outcomes refer to the effective long-, mid- or short-term changes the outputs have caused, and can be qualitative: the improvement observed, the income generated, the lives affected, etc.
