At this stage, you have to insert the impact of your project. The easiest way is to describe the outputs and outcomes of the project:
The outputs are the direct results of the projects' activities; outcomes are the observed results of the outputs. The outputs are usually quantitative: the number of products you have sold, the number of programs you have operated, the number of tools you have used, the number of people you have helped, etc.
The outcomes refer to the effective long-, mid- or short-term changes the outputs have caused, and can be qualitative: the improvement observed, the income generated, the lives affected, etc.
